Henna has a Master’s Degree in Administrative Sciences and has specialised in psychology of leadership. She is interested in making work life happier and more humane.
Henna has gained work experience from different kinds of projects and has coached both groups and individuals. Empathy and warm approach are her strengths as well as her ability to understand the bigger picture and work with a solution oriented attitude.
In her free time Henna hikes and travels with her family. She relaxes on a peaceful walk with a good chat or an audiobook or by doing different kinds of handcrafts and decorating her home.
