The popular Top Expert RecruitmentTraining concept continues in the winter of 2022!

The aim of the training is to find jobseekers with an expert profile and a high educational background and to train them to be top experts in the growing field of high-tech industry that is suffering from a shortage of experts.

Solutions Top Expert RecruitmentTraining application process and the recruitment of trainees are carried out in co-operation with Pohjois-Savo’s TE Services. The training’s business partners are mainly located in the Northern Savonia region, but companies from all over Finland can participate.

The training is organized using Kasve Oy’s Top Expert concept, which has already been implemented eight times: more than 80% of those who have completed the training are currently employed (most of them in their former internship place)!

Contents of the training

The training includes an on-the-job training period (80 days) in a partner company, personal sparring (6 + 2h), and needs-based training related to special expertise in the field of technology (8 days), for example in connection with the following themes:

  1. International business expertise: market identification, market access, international trade, identification and selection of distributor networks, earnings logic and pricing, contract matters.
  2. Product expertise: productization, product manager responsibilities, product lifecycle, how to support sales and marketing, product development and production processes
  3. Quality management expertise as part of business development: quality management and regulations, quality systems, risk management, business strategy, identification of competitive advantage, business development and innovation
  4. Product development expertise and project expertise: planning and implementation of company-oriented development entities (eg product development project, commercialization project, internal development project), resourcing, financing opportunities

 

Training schedule

Start of training on 31 January 2022, duration 80 working days, including training days (56 hours) and on-the-job training in the company. The training ends on May 24, 2022.

If necessary, Kasve implements the training sections remotely or as a hybrid model (Zoom) and in English. The possibility of remote work in places of employment is described in the job descriptions, our contact persons are also happy to provide additional information!

Application criteria

Applicant must be registered in the TE services as a job seeking candidate (unemployed or threatened with unemployment). Internship and job descriptions

Admescope is looking for a Laboratory Expert. Admescope provides ADME-Tox research services to drug development companies. The expertise of a fast-growing company includes research related to drug metabolism, drug-drug interactions, and quantitative bioanalysis and pharmacokinetics. We are looking for a laboratory expert with extensive experience in laboratory work with animals. The job description includes, in particular, the handling of animals, the performance of pharmacokinetic studies (dosing and collection of samples) related to drug studies in mice and rats, as well as in vitro work with tissue preparations and cell models, and the performance of various physicochemical assays. In addition, tasks include general laboratory maintenance tasks in conjunction with the rest of the team. Carrying out the tasks requires strong experience in handling animals and a sense of responsibility for the quality and ethics of the research. Experience in cell culture, qPCR technology, and biological drug management are your advantages. Admescope is looking for a Research Expert for its company. Admescope provides ADME-Tox research services to drug development companies.
